Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven’t received it within 5 business days of ordering, reach out and we’ll look into it immediately.

Something arrived damaged or not as described?
We’re sorry — and we’ll make it right. Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out without fuss.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Email us as soon as possible at support@evermine.shop.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–14 business days (US) and 14–21 business days (international).
