Email support@evermine.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue. A photo helps if the item arrived damaged.
Step 2 — We respond within 24 hours
We will confirm your return or refund and provide clear next steps. No waiting in queues. No automated runaround.
Step 3 — Resolution
Once confirmed, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Replacements are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Yes. Gift recipients can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with the order number from the gift receipt.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost — no return required for damaged items.
What if I ordered the wrong item?
Contact us within 30 days. If the item is unused and in original condition, we will arrange an exchange.
How long do refunds take?

Do you offer free returns?
