Every EverMine product is carefully selected and prepared with intention. Because many of our products are personalized and made-to-order, we want to be fully transparent about how our return and refund process works — so you can buy with complete confidence.


✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right — immediately and without question.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@evermine.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at absolutely no cost to you. No complicated process. No blame. Just a resolution.


🎁 Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Because each item is custom-made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after the order is placed
  • Incorrect size or style selected at checkout
  • Items that have been used or worn

We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming. If you have any questions before ordering, please reach out — we're happy to help you choose with confidence.


📦 Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your package is lost in transit, we will work directly with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue — including sending a replacement where possible.

You will never be left without a resolution.


💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation the moment your refund is issued — no need to follow up or wonder.
